Ref :- Immovable Obstruction Rule 24

A player may take relief from an immovable obstruction in a wooded area of the course, if impeded by fallen branches or logs/tree shavings in that area. The player having located the ball, must determine the nearest point of relief, without crossing over, through or under the obstruction. Relief is on the basis of a free drop within one club length, no nearer the hole, keeping to the line of the flag, at a point that avoids interference by the immovable obstruction.
