Please do not forget to register your intent to attend the AGM with the clubhouse staff as we need a rough estimate of the attendance as a bigger venue may be required to accommodate larger numbers of attendees.
The deadline for submitting motions for the AGM is close of business on Sunday 19th September. Motions must be submitted (in writing) before this deadline to be considered. There is a ballot box available in the clubhouse for these submissions. Please note – Any previous motions for last year’s postponed AGM will need to be re-submitted should you wish to propose them for this AGM.
Nomination papers are now available in the clubhouse for any member wishing to join the committee. Any nominee for the committee will need to be proposed and seconded by club members. There is a ballot box available in the clubhouse for these nominations to be submitted.
